Founder, Chairman & Managing DirectorRajan Vasa is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Ahmedabad, India based Contech Outsourcing Private Limited, leading a team of more than 100 professionals. Rajan Vasa started his Career in the year 1988 - 89 with a leading global software company - Oracle Corporation, USA. With more than twenty years of experience in the technology and IT Industry, he is a dynamic leader and one of the pioneers of the IT Industry of Gujarat, India.
Rajan Vasa is an active member of various associations and societies. He is the Co-Founder & former Chairman of Gujarat Electronics & Software Industries Association (GESIA), as well as Past Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC). He is the Co-Founder & Trustee of Indo American Education Society (IAES) and Co-Founder & Charter Member of TiE Ahmedabad. He has received M.S.E.E. from Stanford University, USA and B.S.E.E. from USC, Los Angeles, USA and is an active member of Stanford as well as USC Alumni Associations.

Karan Vasa
DirectorHaving joined the company in 2015, Karan is responsible for overlooking day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow management across all divisions of the company along with a focus on growth opportunities. Prior to Contech, he worked as an Analyst at KPMG India in the Deal Advisory vertical, gathering experience in M&A advisory and Corporate Finance. Karan graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Financial Economics
Mital Gandhi
Sr. Vice PresidentMital Gandhi has been associated with Contech Group for more than 20 years. With practical insight into Finance & Accounting (F&A), Administration and Operations activities, he has wide experience in all aspects of Finance, Accounts, Administration, Budgeting, Statutory compliance of Direct & Indirect taxes, etc. His deep domain expertise strategic and financial management ensures that Contech tightly manages its financial resources and operations.
As Sr. Vice President, Mital Gandhi has been instrumental in devising the medium and long term financial planning for Contech Group as well as managing day to day functional operations and end-to-end business processes. .
Satbir Hora
Head – Medical Scribing DivisionSatbir is a life science graduate with 15-plus-year experience in Medical Transcription. He has had the dual privilege of first being the FIRST Google-Glass scribe in India, starting live scribing in early 2014 and second of assisting in the launch of the Medical Scribe process at Contech. He is currently heading the Contech Medical Scribing Division.
